The Atka Nico are a peaceful people, but will fight with all they have for those they love.

He wears his hair (which is butt-length) in a "dreadhawk" (a Mohawk made of dreads.)
His clothing is handmade(mostly) as well.

his weapon is like a glorified cattle prod, only the voltages it delivers, at the right level(which he controls) is lethal. It works by making contact with the hook in his other hand, creating a complete circuit. He wears a insulated gauntlet on the hand holding the weapon to protect himself from shock, and the handle on the contact hook is also insulated.
