The Shadow is WiseI have hidden in the darkness
All those years alone
Maybe I could find my place among the others
That endeavor always went awry
Help always seems beyond my grasp
Ensnared by the cold waters of this world
Sometimes the people would tell me
How they all loved me just the same
All of their words were like empty picture frames
Dressed in gilded wiles and elaborate lies
Often the hollow echoes each of them stood proudly
What fool could trust in the truth, if what he knew was only lies?
I am not alone
Walking the Rough Road, I finally found the answers
All along a single word could explain the terrible tragedy
Let me revel in this discovery
Killing the demons who I fought with for so long
The luminous experience has brought to me balance
However long it takes, I will see it to the end
Everyone has a place for themselves
Peace comes to those who do not look for a place among others

Who Are YOU?Life is a strange journey... and the further along you are, the more that chaotic mess of bits and pieces begins to fit together like a puzzle. Like that proverbial puzzle, life forms into more coherent images and you start to see the whole thing. In that process sometimes you find yourself putting that piece in the wrong place thinking it will fit and sometimes you want it to fit SO BADLY, but no matter which way you flip it or turn it- it JUST DOESN'T FIT.

2) How did you choose your name, and what names were you thinking about using and why
I like my original surname, and my intials, so I changed my name to masculaine names using the same letters. "Kacey Martin" McDaniel.
3) Have you ever been outed
yes, and I filed a sexual harassment case against the coworker who not only disrespected me as a transgender, but also essentially attempted to subjugate me verbally... the case filed went in my favor and the coworker was fired.
4) How did your family take it when you came out/ if you are not out why aren’t you
they had kinda guessed all along, my mom was less aggressive in her disapproval and told me quote "I would love you even if you were an axe-murderer" my father, though slow to react, called me on more than
